XNA Final Engine Audio

XNA Final Engine provides positional 3D sound and music reproduction.

Sounds could be played in a "fire and forget" fashion. These sounds will play once, and then stop but they cannot be looped or 3D positioned. Alternative positional 3D sounds are provided and the number of sound instances, update and every task related to the administration of the resources are managed by the system. In the XBOX 360 only 300 sound instances could be exists at the same time. The sound system will not allow more than 290 instances at the same time (allowing 10 fire and forget sounds).

The music system is simple but fairly flexible and is possible to implement the missing parts via scripts or logic code. It provides a playlist and it is possible to loop and shuffle.
